Returns & Exchange

Since each piece is handmade, slight variations in weave and colour are a mark of authenticity — not a defect. Returns accepted within 7 days only for damaged or incorrect items.

Care Instructions

Shake & Air

Take outside and shake gently to remove dust. Air in shade regularly — never in direct sunlight for long periods.

Spot Clean Only

Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth. Use a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning. Do not scrub harshly.

No Machine Wash

Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or steam clean. Jute fibres weaken and distort with excess water and heat.

Lay Flat to Dry

If the rug gets damp, lay flat in a well-ventilated area to dry completely before placing back on the floor.

Use a Rug Pad

Place a non-slip rug pad beneath for safety and to extend the dhurrie's life, especially on hard floor surfaces.

Store Rolled

If storing, roll the dhurrie (do not fold) and keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and pests.
